The leadership workshop I did with Interact Now was the most practical and relevant leadership training I’ve experienced. Joy combined both theory, reflection and most importantly actual practice in tough leadership situations. By using actors to role play difficult past and future scenarios, I was able to unpack ineffective approaches and iterate to optimise my approach. In the process Joy provides real-time coaching, and provides practical suggestions for alternative responses.
